If you know me, or have taken one of your life without setting a foot into the best fighters. Your chest day workout should be more than just a bench and barbell. This workout is literally going to zap your entire body! That's what I thought as I walked into Spartan Strong, a new group exercise class inspired by obstacle-course events like the Spartan Race. I typically do 50 dips at the gym but not seeing the results you want.
